Warranty and Return Policy 

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Green Living Supply are subject to the manufacturer's warranty on parts and labor. Manufacturer warranty  applies only to the original purchaser the product sold. The warranty period begins on the original invoice date. The obligation of these warranties are expressly limited to supplying replacement parts for or replacing, at its option, any product that is, in the sole discretion of the manufacturer found to be defective.  

Upon our request, the purchaser shall return products or parts for which an original purchaser makes a warranty claim within 14 days.  The original purchaser is allowed 14 day customer remorse return, whereby the customer has 14 days to return the product in it’s original unmodified condition for a full refund, once the item has been returned, inspected, and deemed to be in good condition. Returns are not allowed on custom color planters. Customer is responsible for any shipping, transportation, service charges, restocking fees, and costs for any returned products.

 Any claims made within the above stated warranty periods must be made promptly after discovery of the defect.  A part is covered only for the original warranty period.  Once the warranty period on the part has expired, the warranty on any replaced or repaired part also expires. After the expiration of the warranty period, buyer must pay for all parts, transportation, shipping, and service charges.

Any improper use, alteration, or repair to a product by the user or unauthorized service provider that in Green Living Supply’s judgment affects the item materially and adversely shall void this warranty. Any repair of our products using parts not provided or authorized by Green Living Supply shall void this warranty. No employee or representative of Green Living Supply is authorized to change this warranty in any way. Normal wear and tear to the product and failure to properly maintain and care for the item do not constitute a claim. 

This statement constitutes Green Living Supply’s entire product warranty. GREEN LIVING SUPPLY, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GREEN LIVING SUPPLY, LLC. BE LIABLE HEREUNDER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN ANY MANNER RELATED TO SALES OR USE OF ANY SUCH EQUIPMENT. 

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department within 1-year of product delivery at email info@greenlivingsupply.com.  Please retain your original proof of purchase or receipt as it may be required to process a warranty claim.
